Who are we?
We at 834 Labs, are seeking an Intern for the role of Development & Configuration that will serve as a Jr. point of contact for Architecture, Development & Configuration of our many PAAS instances supporting our many customers. This exceptional individual will shadow the coordination and collaboration with cross functional teams to learn success & smooth operations of CRM, Creator, Teams, Kiosk, Zoho API, to name a few critical systems. The role will participate in learning the development of novel software & digital assets, via SDLC & Agile/Scrum with the entire department of Product, Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, Quality & Configuration.
Job Summary:
We at 834 Labs, are seeking an Intern for the role of Data Operations Coordinator. The Data Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in managing administrative tasks related to data processing and reporting. This entry-level position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to ensure smooth data operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Download CSV files from various sources and organize them into appropriate folders according to established protocols.
- Data Processing Coordination: Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure all data files are received and processed promptly. Communicate any delays or issues to relevant parties and work towards resolution.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct basic checks on downloaded data files to ensure completeness and accuracy. Notify appropriate personnel of any discrepancies or anomalies.
- Issue Notification: Monitor data processing workflows and promptly notify stakeholders of any issues or errors encountered during data ingestion or processing.
- Report Generation: Ensure that reports are generated according to defined schedules. Coordinate with relevant teams to gather necessary data inputs and facilitate report-generation processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of data processing procedures, file structures, and any issues encountered. Update documentation as processes evolve or improve.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data management processes and improve efficiency. Make recommendations for process enhancements or automation where applicable.
