We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join the Shopper Development team in Oda!

In this role, you'll be part of the Shopper Development team and be central to using and working with data to enhance the Oda shopping experience! Working closely with product managers, designers, engineers and other data people like yourself, you'll ensure a seamless data flow to drive our product development. Your everyday work will span the full data lifecycle - from defining tracking and building pipelines to analyzing user behavior and creating dashboards that inform product decisions and improve the customer journey for our many customers!

What you’ll be doing as a Data Analyst in Shopper Development
  • Drive the evolution of the Oda shop application by defining key metrics, tracking progress, and identifying new growth opportunities through data.
  • Design and build impactful dashboards and data products for the Shop team and its stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for both user behavior and transactional data related to the Oda shop.
  • Define and improve event tracking schemas to ensure high-quality and reliable data collection for the shop application.
  • Provide insightful feedback on analytical work within the team, helping to refine approaches and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate across product, development, and other teams, championing the use of data and quantitative methods in product development decisions for the Oda shop.
  • Take ownership and lead analytical initiatives, projects, or task forces related to the Shopper Platform. 


What you’ll need to succeed 🌟
  • Higher education in Technology related field, with a strong foundation in quantitative methods.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role such as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, Product Analyst, Web Analyst, or Data Engineer, ideally gained within product and technology. 
  • Strong skills in SQL and experience with statistical analysis.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies.
  • Experience in producing resilient, extendable, understandable, and scalable data insight products.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python).
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

What would be nice to have 💡
  • It's a big plus if you have experience with tracking and event data.

  • It’s great if you’ve got experience working cross-functionally within product and technology and with non-technical stakeholders. 

  • It's also great if you've got experience working in fast paced companies or are motivated to do so!
