The Data Quality Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that data across the organization is accurate, consistent, and reliable. This role involves designing and implementing innovative processes, systems, and strategies to assess, enhance, and maintain high-quality data. They will work closely with data governance specialists, data analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is clean, complete, and ready for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
Education/Skills/Training:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High proficiency with data quality tools and software (e.g., Purview, Talend, Atlan, CastorDoc).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Knowledge of system development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with data management principles, & data governance practices.
- Experience with data cleansing and normalization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data management best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing data quality policies and procedures.
Experience
Required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data quality management, data analysis, or related fields.
- Experience working with databases, data analysis, and data validation techniques.
- Prior experience with data quality tools and software (e.g., data profiling, data cleansing).
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of computer systems and appropriate software applications, including strong technical aptitude and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Preferred:
- Experience in the finance/banking industry with knowledge of related data standards and regulations.
- Experience in automating data quality tasks and improving data management processes.
