Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Engineer to develop and maintain robust data architectures for our Customer Data Platform (CDP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for data integration, pipeline development, and optimization, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Data Architecture: Assist in designing and managing end-to-end CDP architecture based on business requirements.
• Data Mapping & Integration: Define XDM schemas and facilitate seamless data integration from Azure, CRM, marketing platforms, and other databases.
• Data Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
• ETL Optimization: Enhance data flow efficiency, support batch processing, and implement performance improvements.
• Data Transformation & Quality Assurance: Implement data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data quality.
• Platform Enhancement: Work alongside technical leads to support platform updates and feature enhancements.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes and onboarding.
• Performance Monitoring & Governance: Monitor data pipelines and ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, preferably within a CDP environment.
• Hands-on experience with data integration tools (e.g., Azure, CRM systems).
• Proficiency in ETL processes, data transformation techniques, and data pipeline optimization.
• Familiarity with XDM schema design and data governance best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
