About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead the Dmarts Analytics team within the Quick Commerce department on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

You will play a crucial role in enabling our stakeholders to achieve business objectives by bridging the gap between data and actionable insights, focusing on impactful business intelligence and analytics. You will shape our analytics strategy, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive analytics excellence. lead a team of 7-8 analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your strategic vision will align analytics initiatives with business goals across multiple domains. You'll drive the development of impactful BI solutions, supporting the team on moving beyond dashboarding to advanced analytics products. Your leadership will ensure data quality and accuracy, adhering to best practices and governance principles. Your role will involve managing stakeholder relationships, prioritizing initiatives and projects, and driving team development. Your work will directly empower business decisions globally and contribute to our strategic objectives.

• Lead a team of analysts, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and growth.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple domains.

• Drive the development and delivery of impactful BI solutions and analytics products.

• Manage prioritization and resource allocation to maximize value delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and peer teams to ensure seamless analytics flow.

• Contribute to data and analytics governance initiatives and promote best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 8+ years in analytics, of which 5+ years in a management/leadership role, supporting senior-level stakeholders across multiple domains.

• Strong understanding of BI and analytics tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, BI tools, statistical modeling).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, build and maintain relationships.

• Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Solid experience with people management and team development, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field).
