The Opportunity

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role within the Global Network and Interconnection Architecture & Engineering team. In this individual contributor position, you will report directly to either the Manager or Director, working on projects to gain key insights and data-driven analysis to support the team's strategic objectives.

What You'll do:

  • Advanced reporting and analytics solutions across multiple datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and effective summarization to support business management and decision-making processes.
  • Manages data input, extraction, and summarization from key systems such as Salesforce, Datacenter Inventory Management (DCIM) and data management tools.
  • Participate in creating sophisticated analyses and reports for complex issues, providing management with clear and concise insights into relevant trends and anomalies.
  • Supports automation for weekly, monthly, and quarterly trend and activity reports, as well as other operational and management reports, ensuring timely delivery for functional management review.
  • Efficiently handles multiple complex ad-hoc reporting requests, providing timely and accurate data insights.

What you'll need: 

  • Enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related fields such as Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple complex projects and programs in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, JIRA, is a plus.
  • Ability to summarize large volumes of complex data into actionable management reports.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify root causes of data anomalies and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects and perform well under pressure.
  • Customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
