ABOUT THE ROLE:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

 As a Master Data Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our data excellence initiatives designing, implementing, and improving master data management solutions that ensure our clients data is consistent, accurate, and actionable. You will collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to align data strategy with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Your role will involve:

• Designing and implementing MDM solutions that enable centralized, high-quality master data across the organization.
• Developing and executing data governance strategies that support data consistency and reliability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, supply chain, sales, and more) to identify data requirements and improve data usage.
• Conducting data profiling, analysis, and quality assessments to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Managing data integration and consolidation from various sources using ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Talend, Informatica).
• Ensuring data management practices comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Creating analytical reports and dashboards, and translating insights into business recommendations as needed.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) processes and systems.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (such as Azure Data Factory, Talend, or Informatica).
• Good understanding of data quality principles and data governance basics.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Python.

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 2000 - 5000 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
