Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Data Management (US/EMEA)
Summary
The Analyst, Data Management primary responsibility is to support and monitor data interfaces in multiple systems. In addition, the Analyst Data Management will process User access review requests and ABBY Imaging system validation.
Responsibilities
In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible to perform the following:

•    Monitor multiple system interfaces by identifying and resolving interface errors.
•    Knowledge of ETRM maintenance (User creation , Counterparty, Location, Price curve, Pipeline rates etc.)
•    Process and monitor users access requests.
•    Validate ABBY (Imaging system) data to enable the process of Operating expenses invoices
•    Ability to map out data.
•    Collaborate with internal team members to collect and analyze data.
•    Participate in system rollout testing.
•    Ability to pro-actively investigate, test and resolves system issues.
•    Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau.
•    Assist on providing information relating to our SOX controls with Internal / External Auditors.
•    Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members and Management.
•    Maintain team shared outlook mailbox, by responding timely with accurate information to both external and internal customers.
•    File and label all correspondence and email in box following Documentation retention process.
•    Ability to creatively analyze existing processes and develop solutions that utilize new and existing technologies to improve overall process and efficiencies, i.e. automation and robotics.
•    Follow established Data procedures.
•    Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members, and Management.
•    Knowledge in Electricity, Nat Gas , Oil & Sustainability markets would be an added advantage.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

BE/ MCA /BSc (Computer Science)

Preferred qualifications
•    Professional experience of 3 years or more
•    Ability to work independently without significant supervision
•    Good communication skills as job involves liaising with clients and their internal departments
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau and PowerBI is essential. 
•    2 Coding skills in languages such as SQL is essential.
•    Understanding data warehousing is essential.
•    International experience is preferable

•    Strong change management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
•    Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities – high energy and self-starting individual
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Strong planning and organizational skills

•    Use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook, and willingness to experiment and work with new technologies
•    Good Team player
•    Excellent written/oral communication skills and attention to detail
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Strong planning and organizational skills
•    Innovative in providing and addressing business needs in a changing environment.
•    Use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook, PowerBI and willingness to experiment and work with new technologies.
