Ready to Shape the Future of Materials Data? Join Us as a Data Manager!

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the architect of next-generation data management tools, the guardian of SAP materials master data, and the driving force behind automation and insight through Power BI, RPA, and Databricks!

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop data management tools and systems in Materials to support processes in liaison with Digital product teams or using citizen development tools.
  • Manage materials master data in SAP and align with stakeholders across the supply chain.
  • Change management, implementation (End user Training and documentation), Troubleshooting any system issues and maintenance of tools and systems (SAP S/4 HANA, PLM. TDM, MDP, O365, etc.)
  • Admin/Access management to systems (SAP, TDM, MDP, O365, SharePoint etc.)
  • Analysis and monitoring of data to provide insights and improve data quality
  • Creation of Power BI Reports
  • LEGO NEXUS/ Data Bricks responsible in Materials.
  • Automate process and data flows to improve productivity and user experience with RPA or Power platform.

The aim of the department is to maintain a safe, high quality and sustainable material platform for the LEGO® products to enable business needs and empower the organisation to use materials to its full potential.

Do you have what it takes

The ideal candidate have minimum a handful of years experience in an IT processes/Data specialist position, preferably in a global company. This should be combined with experience with SAP S/4 Hana, experience with Databricks, and experience with raw data, master data and turning them into meaningful insights in Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.

On top of that, the candidate brings:

  • Strong analytical and process mentality and ability to create data management & analytics system from scratch
  • Ability to plan and organize your tasks independently.
  • Great communication skills and a structured and scientific way of working.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with complex landscape of collaborators as there are many interfaces within and outside of Materials.

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
