We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a foundational understanding of SQL and is eager to build their skillset.

  • Possesses familiarity with basic data analysis concepts and procedures.

  • Is interested in collaborating with business units to gather client requirements and brainstorm solutions.

  • Wants to learn about data quality, protection, and best practices for information security.

  • Can communicate clearly when discussing data issues or explaining solutions to team members.

You will become proficient in:

  • Conducting thorough data analysis using SQL to extract meaningful insights from various data sources.

  • Developing, maintaining, and automating SQL procedures for data reporting and manipulation.

  • Cleaning, transforming, and validating data across different sources to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Assisting in database design and maintenance to optimize data flow and collection procedures.

  • Identifying trends, patterns, and outliers in large datasets to support business initiatives.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Implementation, Development, Client Services, Operations, IT, and Data Stewardship—to support data initiatives and drive process improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A desire to expand your data analysis and SQL skills in a real-world environment.

  • Motivation to problem-solve and learn from new situations, using both technical skills and judgment.

  • Willingness to provide informal guidance to new team members as you grow in the role.

  • The ability to understand key business drivers and contribute to organizational goals.

  • Comfortable explaining straightforward technical concepts to colleagues.
