Job Description & Summary

As a Manager in our Cloud, Data & AI (CD&AI) practice, you will lead client engagements from strategy through execution, helping organizations unlock the full value of their data by leveraging cutting-edge technologies including cloud platforms and AI.

Your Impact

• Advise clients on data and cloud strategies, governance models, and foundational capabilities for digital transformation. 

• Design and implement modern data solutions (e.g., MDM, data catalogs, data quality tools) aligned with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements. 

• Develop scalable Target Operating Models (TOMs) and data ownership frameworks based on data maturity assessments. 

• Lead end-to-end cloud data transformations across platforms like Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. 

• Leverage AI into data governance and quality management to enable intelligent classification, metadata enrichment, and anomaly detection. 

• Drive business development, lead diverse international teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. ​

Your Skillset

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a preference for consulting or large-scale transformation programs focused on strategy-to-execution projects in cloud, data, and AI.

• Deep knowledge of data management, including data governance, master data management, and data quality, along with experience in delivering cloud-based solutions using Azure, AWS, or Snowflake. 

• Hands-on skills with tools like CluedIn, Reltio, Collibra, and Informatica. 

• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills; enthusiasm and proactivity in delivering value to clients. 

• Fluency in German (mandatory) and English, both written and spoken.
