ABOUT THE POSITION
Data Analyst at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: As a Data Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in optimizing courier operations and enhancing customer experience through data. By working closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Logistics, Production, and Supply Chain, you’ll identify performance gaps, uncover operational trends, and provide actionable insights that drive efficiency and strategic growth. 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work closely with teams across Finance, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.- Design and maintain scalable data models to support analysis and strategic decision-making.- Build and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools, ensuring visibility into key processes and KPIs.- Use advanced SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large, diverse datasets.- Translate complex datasets into clear visual stories and recommendations for stakeholders.- Support cross-functional projects by identifying process improvements and proposing data-driven solutions.- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and tactical decisions.- Stay ahead of the curve with trends, best practices, and tools in the data analytics space.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.- Proven hands-on experience in data analysis, modeling, and reporting.- Advanced Excel skills.- Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).- Strong SQL skills (advanced level).- Experience with dbt and/or database administration is a big plus.- Fluency in English (written and spoken).- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data- Excellent communication skills -  able to translate numbers into stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.- Exceptional attention to detail.
SALARY
Starting at 3300- 4000 EUR GROSS/month. We're open to discussing this based on your experience and competencies.
