You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Head Office in Vienna, making a difference in the everyday P&L world, designing new data processes, and shaping the Treasury warehouse of the future.

What would your role be?

• Data Warehouse Management:

Take ownership of our data warehouse, ensuring its integrity, reliability, and optimal performance. Enhance the data warehouse structure by incorporating new data sources and refining existing ones to meet evolving business needs

• SQL Mastery:

Demonstrate proficiency in SQL to query and manipulate data efficiently, write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, contributing to the ongoing success of our data driven initiatives.

• Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Utilize your strong analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets related to treasury and sales business operations. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations for business improvements.

• Communication and Collaboration:

Excel in communication and collaboration both within the data team and cross-functionally with other departments (esp. IT, Business, Finance and Risk area). Clearly articulate findings, insights and recommendations to diverse audiences, fostering a culture of data driven decision making

Do you recognize yourself in this?

• You have Bachelor’s or MA in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline
• You have proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on treasury and sales business operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouse management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented with a passion for problem solving and continuous learning.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Speak English language like native

Important: Please note that this role will follow the Austrian public holiday calendar, meaning Austrian public holidays will be treated as non-working days. Serbian public holidays will be considered as regular working days and will be compensated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Serbian Labor Law.
