Our Mission
The product management team’s mission is to help our users do their jobs better with lovable, essential products. We relentlessly pursue a deep understanding of user problems to inspire ThreatConnect and our users with a clear, compelling, and cohesive product vision.
Our Team
The team itself is organized around two key user personas: 1) Threat Intelligence Producers and 2) Threat Intelligence Consumers. The needs of each persona are addressed by a Principal Product Manager, who handles core platform and strategic initiatives.  These two personas are supported in parallel by our Integrations and Data Analytics product managers, who are responsible for ensuring that each persona can quickly get value out of the platform with end-to-end use cases and industry-leading data analytics. Each of our product managers is supported by business analysts who assist them with producing software requirements that ensure our engineering teams build high-value, testable software.
The Role
Acting as a bridge between product management and engineering, business analysts are an essential role. You will be responsible for uncovering and unpacking software requirements for our industry-leading cybersecurity innovations and communicating them comprehensively and effectively to our engineering teams. You will make the world a safer place by ensuring that our software is complete, testable, and valuable for some of the world’s largest companies. You will also assist our product managers in making sound, data-driven decisions.

About You

  • You think technology is pretty cool. Every day a cool new product hits the cybersecurity space, and our customers are eager to get their hands on them. You’re excited by what other vendors in the space are working on, and can’t wait to see what innovative use cases they can enable in our platform.
