Digital Operations and Data Analytics Intern

Your Mission

We are looking for a Digital Operations and Data Analytics Intern to join our Digital team and support Maison in achieving operational excellence across all digital initiatives.

As a Digital Operations & Data Excellence Intern, you will contribute to the smooth execution of digital activities, ensuring operational rigor, and providing actionable insights to drive team performance.

You will collaborate closely with digital colleagues, project managers, and cross-functional departments to align on priorities, track KPIs, and ensure informed, data-driven decisions.

The research is aimed at activating a curricular internship in partnership with university/master.

How will you make an impact 

• Support exploration data analysis and contribute to the generation of monthly and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accurate data maintenance.
• Help address day-to-day data analysis needs, including data visualization, dashboard preparation, and reporting.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of master reports tracking key digital metrics, helping provide actionable insights for the team.
• Coordinate data and reporting requirements across internal teams, departments, and international markets.
• Organize and coordinate team recurring events, including periodic meetings with departments and local markets, ensuring preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
• Help track KPI performance, highlighting potential risks or deviations to ensure the team is informed in a timely manner.
• Maintain monthly reporting routines, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of dashboards and summaries.
• Support the operational execution of digital activities, ensuring alignment across internal teams, departments, and international markets.
• Maintain and monitor the digital activations master schedule, ensuring deadlines and deliverables and milestones across teams are met with precision.
• Support to create and update project documentation, to ensure clear communication and smooth operational workflows.
• Collaborate with colleagues on identifying process improvements and contributing to the team’s overall operational excellence.

How will you experience success 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Basic competence in SQL for data querying and manipulation (a plus).
• Familiarity with Google Cloud tools (Looker, Looker Studio, Analytics, Cloud services).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive insights.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.

Interview process
1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call 
2nd Stage – Interview with Line Manager and our HR department. 
3rd Stage - An additional interview with peers may be necessary.
