About the Team
You’ll become part of the Global Data Quality and Governance Team — a cross-functional and cross-regional group committed to improving the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of critical sales operations data. The team drives business impact through standardized processes and validation of account information. Clear communication in English is essential, as collaboration spans multiple regions and time zones.
About the Role
As a Data Operations Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of data-related projects. Your focus will be on ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives align across global stakeholders and analysts, driving consistency and data quality improvements within Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign tasks
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and manage dependencies
Collaborate with analysts to track execution of data tasks
Communicate regularly with global stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal data quality and governance standards
Who We’re Looking For
You are an experienced project manager with excellent organizational skills and strong stakeholder communication. While you do not need a background in data operations, familiarity with data processes or working alongside data teams is considered a plus.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in managing projects in a global, cross-functional environment
Strong planning, execution, and leadership abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience collaborating with analysts and familiarity with data operations is a plus
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
A solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail
