Data Analyst Buying & Quality (m/f/d)

As Data Analyst Buying & Quality, you will be a key player in enabling data-driven decision-making on Sourcing topics. You will work closely with our Buying teams as well as the Quality team to generate insights, build reporting structures, and drive performance transparency. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• work closely with our Buying and Quality teams to understand their core processes and ensure their needs are met through smart, scalable dashboards and reporting
• act as the go-to person for data-related sourcing topics, supporting day-to-day decisions, ad hoc analyses, and performance deep-dives
• identify data gaps, proactively suggest improvements, and help make sourcing and quality management more data-driven
• prioritise and manage your backlog, translate business needs into actionable initiatives, and align regularly with stakeholders
• collaborate in agile data processes with cross-functional analytics and engineering teams to continuously evolve tooling and data foundations

YOU COME WITH

• a degree in Business, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a data-driven role, ideally in e-commerce, sourcing, consulting, or supply chain analytics
• proficiency in Tableau is required; experience in building dashboards and scalable reporting structures is a strong advantage
• advanced SQL skills, ideally with experience working in Snowflake environments; familiarity with dbt is an advantage
• strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• confident in managing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning on priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of ownership, structure, and attention to detail
