Data Analyst

Summary of the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will bring valuable data expertise to support customer product activations, help maintain data accuracy in production environments, and contribute to smooth operational support for implementations. Your role will involve monitoring data quality, investigating issues (IRs/PTRs), and supporting resolution through data correction, escalation, and follow-up. You will play a key role in ensuring that our data processes are reliable, efficient, and aligned with customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities

• Support accurate and timely receipt of data from customers and providers in line with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Help maintain the accuracy and consistency of product-related data across customer segments.

• Conduct quality analysis and monitoring for product implementation projects.

• Investigate and resolve data-related issues (IRs/PTRs) in production environments.

• Support customers in making the most of product features through audits, recommendations, and workshops.

• Regularly review and enhance processes to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing.

• Take ownership of data management projects, working both independently and collaboratively to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.

• Offer guidance and insights to help customers optimize operations through data.

• Develop and deliver new data services tailored to customer needs.

• Act as a knowledgeable resource, sharing insights and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Ideal Candidate

• 2–3 years of experience in a data-focused role.

• Experience in the aviation or airport industry is a plus, but not required.

• Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Ability to identify data inconsistencies and trace data sources.

• Effective communication and presentation skills, especially for dashboards and data storytelling.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation.

• Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

• Understanding of data visualization best practices.

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
