About the job you’re considering

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative GenAI Developer to design, develop, and implement generative AI models with a focus on agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI frameworks, programming, and advanced analytics capabilities. This role involves hands-on development work and collaborating with multi-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various applications used in functional areas such as Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain, Contact Center, Marketing, and People Operations.

Your role

• Design and Development:
• Develop and implement generative AI models with a focus on agentic AI.
• Enhance the design and user experience to ensure intuitive and efficient interaction with AI solutions.
• Integrate new capabilities such as chatbot functionalities and other advanced features.
• Innovation and Improvement:
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the functionality and user engagement of AI models.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, data analytics, and user experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical functionality.
• Drive a compelling narrative for the value proposition of AI solutions, highlighting their impact on operational success.

Your skills and experience

• Technical Expertise:
• Knowledge of agentic AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Knowledge of, and experience with, GCP, MongoDB, and NLP.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in driving value propositions and business narratives.
