C Teleport is transforming corporate travel with an intuitive, fully automated booking platform tailored for the complex needs of crew and business travel. As we scale, we’re strengthening our revenue operations and analytics capabilities. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations & Analytics Engineer, based in the Netherlands, to build and scale the data and systems foundation that powers accurate forecasting, end-to-end funnel insights, and smarter decision-making across marketing, sales, and customer success.
CRM & RevOps Infrastructure
Own the RevOps tech stack: HubSpot, GTM, marketing automation, integrations
Lead data enrichment, validation, and deduplication using tools like Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Clay
Configure HubSpot pipelines, lifecycle stages, scoring, and custom objects for high-quality, actionable data
Automate lead-to-opportunity flows, sales SLAs, and tool integrations (n8n, Zapier, custom APIs)
Data Analytics & Insights
Maintain clean, trusted datasets via SQL (Redshift) and version-controlled workflows
Collaborate with our BI provider to build Power BI dashboards covering pipeline health, drop-offs, CAC/LTV, and forecasting
Track usage of dashboards and continuously improve UX and definitions for adoption
Produce ad-hoc reports and datasets to support decision-making across growth and customer teams
Marketing & Web Analytics
Set up and maintain event tracking and web analytics (e.g. GA4, Amplitude)
Build funnels and identify drop-offs for acquisition and activation
Support attribution analysis and channel-level CPA/CAC calculations
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for acquisition, conversion, and retention
3+ years in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, or Data Engineering in a B2B SaaS/tech company
Expert SQL skills (Redshift/PostgreSQL), comfortable working in version-controlled workflows (e.g., Git)
Strong experience with HubSpot data architecture and enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Clay)
Hands-on experience in Power BI (or similar BI tools) and building executive dashboards
Familiarity with web analytics setup (GTM, GA4) and marketing attribution
Bonus: HubSpot certifications and experience with Amplitude or other product analytics platforms
Strong communicator with the ability to turn complex data into simple insights
Netherlands-based and available to work on-site in Rotterdam 3 days per week
