- HR Data Management & Life Cycle Operations:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day activities related to employee life cycle management within the Oracle HR system & other HR tools.
- Ensure accurate data entry, processing, and reporting for employee records across the organization.
- Monitor HR workflows and processes to ensure they are timely, accurate, and compliant with relevant policies and regulations.
- Team Leadership & People Management:
- Lead a team of 12+ HR professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and career development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on achieving operational goals and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and handle employee relations within the team.
- Process Improvement & Automation:
- Drive initiatives aimed at automating HR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing workflows and systems to optimize HR operations.
- Implement best practices in HR data management, ensuring high-quality results and alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR data-related matters within the Americas region.
- Collaborate effectively with HR leaders, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment on HR initiatives.
- Manage expectations and deliverables across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure HR data accuracy and integrity, conducting regular audits to maintain data consistency and reliability.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to data security and privacy regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Driving Initiatives & Innovation:
- Lead projects focused on process excellence, including identifying opportunities for innovation and process re-engineering.
- Encourage out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem-solving within the team and across HR functions.
- Take the initiative to introduce new HR technologies or methodologies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR data management or HR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Extensive experience working with Oracle HR Systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar HR software).
- Strong experience in HR process improvement, automation, and driving operational efficiency.
- Certifications in HR systems or project management (e.g., Oracle certifications, Six Sigma).
- Experience working in multinational organizations, with exposure to the APJ and China region.
Skills:
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team, including performance management and employee development.
- Strong understanding of HR life cycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee management, and offboarding.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from HR data and develop actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements related to HR data.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
