DA Senior Solution Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

•Responsible for leading the cross-functional projects using advanced data and analytics techniques •Design, develop and maintain end-to-end data and analytics solutions including data modeling, pipeline, ETL processes, Data Warehouse, Data Governance, Data Catalogue and Interactive Dashboard/Report•Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures, as well as maintain data cataloging standards•Leverage knowledge and expertise to help guide and manage the solution build by Data and Analytics Engineers•Work closely with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to elicit the business needs and converting business requirements into technical designs

Required Skills:

•10+ years of hands-on experience in implementing end-to-end data and analytics solutions, utilizing technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, PySpark for ETL, and proficient in data modeling methodologies.•Proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing and analytics & Experience with Databricks big data processing and analytics (Minimum of 5 years of experience.)•Extensive end-to-end solutioning and implementation expertise, encompassing data lakes and Lakehouse architectures•In-depth knowledge of big data concepts and technologies (Python / Spark)•Experience in design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions•Experience in business intelligence, reporting, and/or delivery of modern visualization solutions (Tableau, Power BI)•Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools, implementation experience with multiple data sources & various data formats (Structured, Semi-Structured & Unstructured)•Understanding of data governance principles and best practices•Proficiency in data modeling techniques and best practices•Experience with data cataloging tools and methodologies•Hands-on experience on PySpark, Python, Spark, Scala, Able to perform data validation, delivery, quality and integrity.•Good working exposure on cloud technologies of AWS - EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS•Experience in CI/CD domain using Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, AWS, and Kubernetes.•Experience in Pharma industry is a plus•Strong communication and collaboration skills.
