Purpose of the role
You will be responsible for ensuring customer excellence throughout all interactions, driving our Digital and Data priorities and exploring innovative concepts to support Business Units and other departments’ priorities.
Customers expect seamless experiences throughout their journey. Delivering on this requires utilization of technologies and seamless operations. Therefore, digital enablement, advanced data analytics, sales force effectiveness and customer experience driven omnichannel campaigns, is crucial for our customer engagements.
You will work with a team of 9 employees, including L&D-, Customer Experience-, Data-, Innovation- and UX/UI managers. Additionally, you will work within a matrix organization, with Marketing, Sales-, Medical-, Market Access-, Finance-, and IT. You will also collaborate closely with the Mid-Europe Region CMOs and Marketing Operations Director.
The Digital, Data Analytics Lead will directly report to the Managing Director and is a member of the BELUX Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement customer excellence strategies across business units and line with their business needs, leveraging digital, data and analytics.
- Develop a short-, mid-, and long-term data strategy for Belux area. Build innovative and scalable data analytic tools to deliver differentiated value to internal and external customers.
- Create a clear omnichannel strategy to optimize our campaigns (newsletters, retargeting and social media) with a test and learn approach to bring some new innovative solutions to reach our customers - from push to pull. UX/UI development is crucial in everything we do.
- Develop and implement the Belux L&D strategy for the commercial, access and policy teams.
- Put in place the right capabilities and processes to drive our digital acceleration (platforms, CRM, advance digital marketing capabilities, sales force capabilities…). Work with IT and vendors when needed, to automate data capture and data visualization methodologies and enhance our data management capabilities. Lead and oversee Data Science projects, including GenAI use cases.
- Ensure Sales Force Effectiveness, including CRM, Sales Incentive Planning, Segmentation and Targeting, Field Capabilities.
- Participate in L3 exercises of the Business Units to understand their objectives and how to contribute to achieving their objectives.
- Partner with third parties, including innovators, to support business objectives
Your profile
- University master’s degree.
- Experience in digital transformation and digital strategy, particularly in HCP and HCC digital strategies.
- Proven track record of driving successful customer engagement strategies
- Experience in data analytics and data visualization.
- Proven track record in innovation management.
- Strong people management skills.
- Business proficiency in Dutch or French, and English.
