Job Description

Compass Government Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Data Analytics SME to provide services to Service Members (active duty, reserve components, and National Guard), Coast Guard, Veterans, and their families at The Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE). In preparation to bid on this contract, we are seeking qualified candidates willing to be included in our proposal as interested and skilled individuals.

The Data Analytics SME (SME IV Data Analytics) will manage and produce analytics reported for all aspects of the inTransition program. This person shall be able to identify and report fluently on all metrics associated with the program. for the metric reporting requirement.

Job Requirements:

  • Serve as the leading expert on data analytics methodologies, tools, and technologies ithin the organization.
  • Define and champion best practices and standards for data collection, cleaning, analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  • Research and evaluate new data analytics tools, techniques, and platforms, and make recommendations for adoption. .
  • Develop and present complex data insights and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
  • Troubleshoot complex data-related issues and provide expert solutions.
  • Evaluate the performance of analytical models and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Mental Health Professionals (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling
  • 3 years’ experience delivering face-to-face health care and have demonstrated clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling.
  • Call Center personnel who provide support other than coaching should have healthcare experience (e.g., 1-2 years of experience with direct service delivery) and licensing credentials (e.g., RN) that are consistent with the outreach, patient education, and support missions of the inTransition program.
