We're looking for an experienced Data Science Lead, Sales Analytics to join our Sales BI & Analytics team responsible for reporting & business analytics for Sales and Sales related functions. Reporting to Senior Sales Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and design analytical solutions that drive performance improvements
• Leading Generative AI initiatives by designing, prototyping, and deploying solutions using LLMs like GPT to address business problems
• Applying Prompt Engineering techniques to craft and refine prompts that optimize the output and insights from LLM-based tools
• Developing and enhancing AI agents such as chatbots to support decision-making and improve efficiency across sales and operational functions
• Selecting and applying appropriate modeling techniques, clearly presenting complex data and insights in a simple, actionable manner

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in advanced statistical analysis and building complex models using Python, R, and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
• Proven experience with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and frameworks to build, deploy, and manage AI agents for tasks like chatbots and workflow automation
• Skilled in SQL and ETL tools (e.g., DBT) to build data models and support robust data pipelines
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive analytics solutions across multi-disciplinary teams
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and managing multiple projects in dynamic environments
