V2X is in search of a T-1A Program Data Analyst to provide expert analysis and evaluations. To compile reports to assist the program in day to day operations. The analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the programs operations by compiling and interpreting data to meet government customer data reporting requirements, recommend improvements, and ensure products are delivered on time with high accuracy. Focusing on areas like inventory management, Program financial reporting, and material logistics. Collaborating with different departments to streamline processes and increase overall efficiency across the program.
Job Responsibilities
- Data analysis: Gathering and analyzing data from various sources within the program to identify trends, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Performance monitoring: Tracking/reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Demand forecasting: Analyzing historical data to predict future demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Cost reporting: Reporting on actual cost from an Electronic Reporting Platform (ERP) and reporting variances to a budget.
- Work to determine source of variances within company systems
- Understand large data sets and build useful reporting tools.
- Risk mitigation: Identifying potential trends in KPI, and financial information, determining the source and assisting in developing mitigation plans.
- Reporting and communication: Reliably produce internal and external customer reports within established timelines. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
- Required skills for a Government Contract analyst:
- Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Problem-solving skills: Identifying Trends or exceedances and assisting in developing corrective or preventative actions
- Technical proficiency: Skills in data analysis tools, supply chain management software (e.g., SAP), and Electronic Reporting Platforms (ERP).
- Communication skills: Effectively communicating complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration skills: Working effectively with cross-functional teams across different departments.
- Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills: Pivot Tables, Vlookup/XLookup, if/then functions, sorting/filtering, data import, graphs, etc.
- 2 years of related experience
- Possess office etiquette in all communications both internal and external
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S4 & IFS systems.

Physical Requirements: Primarily, it is an office environment. You must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to maneuver up to 20 pounds. Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
