🎯 What You’ll Actually Do
Own the numbers. End-to-end analysis, from messy data to real product decisions.
Spot what matters. Dig into player behavior, drop-offs, KPIs, game mechanics.
Drive change. Influence what we build and why.
Kill dashboards that don’t tell a story. Build ones that do.
Work cross-functionally — product, promo, marketing, engineers, you name it.
QA your own data. No one likes a pretty chart with broken logic.
Show impact. Always tie insights to actual business results.
🧠 What You Bring
4+ years in product/data. You’ve worked with huge data volumes, fast-moving teams, and own your backlog in B2B iGaming or B2C slots.
SQL on a senior level. ClickHouse is king, Snowflake is fine.
Power BI / Tableau / Redash — doesn’t matter. You tell stories, not just charts.
Comfort with ambiguity. No spec? No problem.
Player-centric thinking. We don’t care just about GGR — we care about the why.
Clear communicator. You translate data to English, not just dashboards.
Product mindset. You don’t wait for a Jira ticket to tell you what to do.
🔧 How we work:
Speed > perfection. Iterate, test, ship.
Impact > output. One smart metric is better than five reports.
Behavior > titles. We don’t care what you’re called — we care what you contribute.
Direct > polite. Say what matters, early.
🔥 What We Offer:
Fully remote. Work wherever you’re best.
Unlimited vacation + paid sick leave
Quarterly performance bonuses
Ownership, autonomy, real impact
No micromanagement. No filler tasks. Just real work with real results.
Product-led culture with sharp people who care
If you're looking to just “run reports” — skip this. If you want to own decisions, shape product, and raise the bar — we want to talk.
