As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. Position Summary  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data driven Digital Analyst to monitor, analyze and optimize our digital properties. This role involves gathering and analyzing digital data to generate actionable insights for enhancing user experience, driving engagement, and supporting our business goals including improved conversions and revenue. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of web analysis tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or Full Story and is able to collaborate with partner teams to drive business outcomes. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data on website performance metrics, user journeys and online behavior patterns, to build a strong understanding of the online conversion funnel, identify drop-off points and barriers to conversion, and develop improvement opportunities. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs on website performance and user engagement. 
  • Design A/B and multivariate tests with proper setup, check for data integrity, assist with execution and evaluate results to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. 
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing, IT, and Product teams to support web analytics needs.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and present recommendations to stakeholders.

 

We’re Excited If This Is You
Experience and Qualifications for the Role  
  • 2+ years of experience in web analytics platforms such as GA4, Full Story, Adobe Analytics and data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau. 
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and basic HTML/JavaScript for tag implementation. 
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. 
  • Experience with SQL, Snowflake and/or Python for data extraction and analysis. 
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms. 
  • Financial service and or subscription service industry experience is a plus. 

 

Education  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations  

  • Google Analytics certification preferred.

 

We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total wellbeing.  The base pay range for this position is $69,800 - $103,400 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
