What you will be responsible for in this role:

Program Management:

  • Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Own the creation, documentation, and dissemination of program requirements, roadmaps, and key success indicators.

  • Act as a key point of connection between teams to facilitate efficient workflows and resolve any obstacles.

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience: A minimum of X years of experience in program management, project management, or similar roles within marketing or technology organizations.

  • Organized: Exceptional organizational capabilities with a proven ability to manage multiple programs and demanding timelines concurrently.

  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas to diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Leadership: A strong ability to influence and lead without direct authority; comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.

  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful and solution-oriented, with experience in navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities.

  • Analytical: Proficient in tracking and analyzing metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Technical Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with growth-focused and community-driven marketing methodologies; experience with developer communities is considered a plus.

  • Tools: Proficiency in using project management software and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.

You might not be a great fit if:

  • You’re uncomfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.

  • You do not have an interest in building your technical skills, and have a passion for developer tools.

  • You are not passionate about developer-focused content creation or community building.

Our Commitment:

  • We will respond to all applicants

  • We strive to review all applications fairly, without bias, and shortlist based on relevant skills and experience.

  • All active candidates will be informed of what is happening next in the process.
