As part of our ongoing business improvement focus, this role will be a proactive, strategic and hands-on leader of a business intelligence function driving positive behaviours in data based decision making throughout the business.

A business facing role, that will work primarily with finance, product and planning teams this role will own and maintain the existing PowerBI infrastructure, data products and services, with the scope to improve and evolve our data and digital processes.

You'll be;

  • Enabling data based decision makers in the business.
  • Analysing data and reporting operational support.
  • Answering and triage tickets as they come in.
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis across multiple platforms, data sources and reports.
  • Working in Agile Methodology with the broader D&A team.
  • Holding regular training and learning sessions with the business to enable Self-Serve Analytics.
  • Leading and building out CoE for Self-Serve capability.
  • Educating and inspiring the business in the art of the possible with BI, reporting and dashboards.

You'll have;

  • At least 3 years as a Data Analyst or data related experience.
  • Experience with SQL, PySpark, and Python experience needed.
  • Experience in Power BI and or similar visual reporting tool required.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Demonstratable experience in building out analysis and reports.
  • Great organisational skills & excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work to fixed deadlines and SLAs.
  • A logical mind, and likes to use data and evidence to support findings.
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills.
  • Ablity to work independently and under pressure from time to time.
