- Responsible for data mining, dashboard creation, and reporting, including identifying and analyzing trends
- Assist in preparing budget and reporting templates for weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting needs
- Work with Operations team to understand root cause of trends and assist with developing operational improvements or efficiencies were needed
- Utilize data insights to help drive predictive operational behavior
- Work to maximize existing SmartSheet & Power BI dashboards and understand the needs of the team in future dashboard development.
- Assist with and access user needs, serving as a technical advisor, and coordinating system and user support for the systems, networks, and applications located at the establishment
- Troubleshoots problems related to systems and data sets, including troubleshooting problems with software, configuration, connectivity, etc.
- Maintains and support databases, including inputting and correcting data, determining formats, researching data conversions, establishing data specifications, configuration/integration, updating sources and ensuring data integrity
- Act as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with specialized and dedicated technology systems; implements solutions or notifies outsource providers as required
Job Requirements
- 4-year college degree in computer science, information technology/system or related field preferred.
- Certification and/or proficiency in BI Tools: Power BI, Smartsheets, Tableau, MS Excel power user (MOS)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to find solutions to business problems from data-driven insights
- Strong working knowledge of data management best practices and experience implementing and maintaining them
- Minimum of two years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job) within one or more of the following: information systems, IT technical support, systems administration/support, networking, client/server support, IT infrastructure deployment and support, installations and deployments and software support and basic programming
- May be required to have working knowledge of the principles, practices, infrastructure and software in use at the establishment including networking systems
- Must be able to explain technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users
- Good communication and customer service skills are required
Physical Requirements
- The employee may also be regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Regularly use hands to operate office machinery including, but not limited to, telephones, computers, fax and photocopy machines
- Regularly required to walk participate in meetings, talk, and hear requests to enhance current reporting.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
