Job Description

Technical Skills:

- Should have good experience in handling Azure AD, Office 365, and Microsoft Active Directory, along with additional knowledge of Server and Network as infrastructure.

Azure AD/Modern Workplace:

- Strong knowledge of the Modern Workplace ecosystem for planning, design, and deployment of Modern Workplace technologies.

- Good experience in configuring Azure AD SSO using modern authentication protocols

- SAML & OAuth for all business applications.

- Experience in managing Azure AD password protection, Windows AutoPilot, and Windows Hello for Business.

- Knowledge of configuring B2B policies and B2C connect, configuring Hybrid domain join policies.

- Strong knowledge of Azure AD identity management.

- Configuring synchronization rules and troubleshooting synchronization issues.

- Strong knowledge of identity governance policies and configuring Conditional Access policies for controlling access on endpoint devices. - Strong knowledge of Office 365 Exchange Online administration (Domains, Policies, Transport Rules, Spam administration, and Microsoft Defender, etc.).

- Experience in deployment/administration of Office 365 DirSync-Azure AD Connect tool.

- Sound knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Azure AD/Office 365.

Global Projects:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, with experience in installation, upgrade, migration, and configuration activities.

- Overall knowledge of Server, Network as Infrastructure, and OS knowledge

- Windows; implementing security guidelines; and following company SOPs and policies.

- Experience in handling statutory and other audits, providing responses, and working on closing them satisfactorily.

Security SPOC for Infra:

- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) plays a critical role in bridging the communication and coordination between the IT Security Team and the IT Infrastructure Team for vulnerability-related matters.

- Good understanding of vulnerability assessment methodologies, risk assessment, and IT infrastructure components.

- Ability to prioritize vulnerabilities based on potential impact and risk to the organization.

- Knowledge of security best practices, compliance requirements, and industry standards.

- Assist in conducting risk assessments to evaluate the potential business impact of unmitigated vulnerabilities.

- Generate and distribute regular reports to management and relevant stakeholders regarding the status of vulnerabilities, mitigation progress, and risk reduction.

- Maintain a common tracker of identified vulnerabilities, mitigation actions, and their status.

- Provide guidance to the IT Infrastructure Team on security best practices and preventive measures. - Collaborate with both the IT Security Team and IT Infrastructure Team to identify process improvements in the vulnerability management lifecycle. - Experience in SSL certificate lifecycle management.
