A bit about the role…

The Senior Finance Data & Insight Analyst will sit within the Finance Operations team and will report to the Finance Data & Insight Manager.

What you’ll be doing…

The Senior Finance Data & Insight Analyst will:

● Ensure adherence to Allwyn’s policy, procedures and process and deliver a consistent accurate

approach to retailer data capture, storage and manipulation.

● Actively monitoring all retailer changes, using data assurance tools and 3rd party supplier technology.

● Embed increased Data Control, Governance and Assurance for our Retailer dataset to ensure a high

quality of information

● Validate changes to Retailer data prior to entry in SAP which includes changes to retailer names,

addresses, contact details, company structure, company details and bank account changes

● Ensure that the correct data is captured at each stage of the retailer lifecycle journey.

What experience we’re looking for…

· At least two years’ experience in a data analyst/input role.

· The ability to decipher and organise large amounts of data

· Excellent analytical skills to effectively scrutinise data

· Previous experience managing and maintaining large data sets

· The ability to produce informative, relevant and user-friendly reports · Excellent communications skills (written/verbal)

· Experience of systems used (SAP, ES)

· Ability to work under pressure · Accuracy and problem solving

· Excellent organisational skills

Key Measures of Success:

· Ensure compliance with the Retailer data strategy and data dictionary.

· Ensure business-wide data error flags are acted upon in a timely manner in line with SAL’s.

· Review and correct data exceptions

· Actively monitor for significant retailer changes (Experian monitoring)

· Manage the process to validate all bank account changes.

· Manage the process to validate all new Retailer records.

· Validation and management for Retailer termination process inline with SLA’s

· Validation and management for Retailer COPs process inline with SLA’s

· Review retailer agreements for inaccurate information.

· Regularly review, validate and reconcile Retailer data.

· Offering guidance and training to more junior team members.

· Deputise for the Data assurance manager as and when required

· Upskill other business functions regarding the data strategy.

· Produce monthly KPI’s and report on SLA’s.
