The Opportunity:

 

We seek an AI Enablement and Governance Lead to drive the implementation and governance of AI-powered tools that improve operational efficiency, streamline internal workflows, and enable scalable, compliant innovation across business units.

 

As an AI Enablement and Governance Lead with Visio, you will contribute to the Information Technology Department by:

  • Leading process discovery sessions with internal teams to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
  • Designing and prototyping AI solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, or Azure AI Studio
  • Developing and refining prompts and AI agents to support business-specific operational tasks
  • Establishing governance controls for AI tools, including user access, update protocols, and training ownership
  • Monitor the performance, accuracy, and usage of AI tools in live environments
  • Collaborating with IT and Strategic Initiatives teams to advance tactical tools through the AI lifecycle into enterprise systems
  • Partnering with business units to roll out AI tools, create and deliver training, and support process adoption
  • Documenting new workflows and changes resulting from AI implementations
  • Maintaining oversight of deployed AI solutions to ensure they remain compliant, current, and effective
  • Identifying and prioritizing high-impact use cases for AI integration across departments
  • Communicating project updates and outcomes with stakeholders and leadership
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
  • Managing other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST 
  • Available Remote Locations: AL, AK, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, NC, OH, SC, TX, UT, WI
  • Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000 (Exempt level position)

 

What we are looking for:


  • Someone with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, information systems, operations, or a related discipline, or with relevant experience
  • Someone with 3–6 years of experience in operations, process improvement, enablement, or consulting roles
  • Someone with hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered tools using ChatGPT, CoPilot, or similar platforms
  • Someone with experience implementing process changes and driving adoption across business functions
  • Someone with the ability to manage AI tools after deployment, including monitoring, updates, and user feedback collection
  • Someone who has experience with SQL for querying data or performing basic analytics
  • Someone with the ability to use standard office equipment: printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, and other applicable equipment as needed
  • Internal Applicants: 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months. Current Manager notification is needed in order to apply for a vacant position. Any applicant that does not meet these conditions will require approval from the executive team member over the hiring department prior to extending a job offer

 

What we prefer to find:

  • Someone familiar with AI governance concepts, including explainability, risk management, and lifecycle oversight
  • Someone with experience working in fintech, lending, or financial services environments
  • Someone who has experience with data warehousing, analytics platforms, or business intelligence tools
  • Someone with a background in designing or supporting enterprise-level technology rollouts
  • Someone who has exposure to SDLC processes and collaboration with engineering teams on productizing internal tools
