The Data Analytics Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and business intelligence within the Claims organization. This role requires a proven leader who has successfully managed analytics teams, with the ability to align data insights to business objectives while ensuring the professional growth of team members.
The role Primarily involves leading a team of analysts, prioritizing high-impact analyses, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Claims, Finance, Business Intelligence, and other key stakeholders.
What you will do:
Oversee the development and execution of performance reporting and KPI measurement, including Service Quality, Severity, Growth, Turnover, Efficiencies, and Accuracy.
Provide forecasting and trend analysis, anticipating business challenges and opportunities.
Develop and deliver executive-ready insights and reports that translate data into strategic recommendations.
Lead projects involving statistical modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and clustering, ensuring analytics drive meaningful business impact.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple business reporting initiatives.
Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring they have the resources, training, and direction needed to succeed.
Identify and implement best practices for data mining, forecasting, and root cause analysis.
Evaluate and recommend process improvements, leveraging automation and scalable analytics solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
Experience in data analytics, financial modeling, or business intelligence, including years managing an analytics team.
Hands-on proficiency with SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Excel
Claims or insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$117,600.00 - $156,400.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
