At the heart of our strategy lies a deep belief: data and insights are not just supportive, they're transformative! We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Global Insight (GI) team and help shape smarter decisions across the business.
Core Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Interpretation - Transform raw data into meaningful insights that address business challenges and questions.
Collaboration with Business Partners - Work closely with all Business Partners to understand their analytical needs and provide tailored support in navigating the available data and insights
Report Generation - Craft comprehensive reports and visualizations that communicate findings clearly, enabling partners to make informed decisions & synthesize existing material
Data Management - Maintain and manage datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for all relevant partners
Training & Support - Provide training and support to Business Partners on data utilization and analytical tools to enhance their analytical capabilities
Find opportunities for process improvements in data analysis and reporting, promoting standard methodologies within the team

This Data Analyst role sits within the Enablers group, as part of the Data Platforms Team. This team is responsible for powering our consumer- and shopper-focused insight platforms. These platforms help uncover barriers and opportunities in consumer behavior and shopper journeys—driving smarter strategic actions and performance reviews across the business.
Do you have what it takes?
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, PowerPoint) and the ability to apply SQL for raw data extraction
Analytical Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to both technical / non-technical audiences
Great Teammate: Collaborative approach, work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on addressing business challenges through data-driven insights
We will require some flexibility in working hours
This position is based in Billund, and we do not offer relocation assistance.
