Senior Data Engineer (Microsoft Fabric) (Remote)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Engineer with experience with Microsoft Fabric to join our growing team.

We will be happy to welcome you onboard in our team working remotely.

• Design and implement data integration and transformation solutions, converting raw data into structured and actionable models.

• Collaborate with data source experts, data analysts, and business teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, DBT, and Notebooks.

• Work with both structured and unstructured data, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Contribute to the design and architecture of our Data Warehouse, including implementing medallion architecture where applicable.

• Create and support Power BI dashboards and develop advanced DAX calculations to meet reporting requirements.

• Write and maintain complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across all systems.

• Stay informed about emerging tools, trends, and best practices in data engineering and analytics.

The Tools in Your Backpack:

• Proficiency in SQL (or strong willingness to master it).

• Hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX.

• Solid understanding of BI and Data Warehouse concepts.

• Experience with tools like Microsoft Fabric, DBT, and Notebooks.

• Familiarity with medallion architecture and data modeling best practices.

• Experience working with large datasets, both structured and unstructured.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong team-player attitude.
