• Quality spare parts for Elevators, Escalators and Automatic Building Doors
• KONE parts, commercial parts, strategic parts & competitor parts
• Tools, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and working clothes
• Supply Chain solutions and delivery management.

3.Why this role?

We are seeking this role to provide technical assistance to field teams and support on the lifecycle of elevator, escalator, and building door products. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with digital tools and data management to drive efficiency, ensure material data quality, and deliver high-quality dashboard across global operations.

4.What will you be doing?

• Develop and maintain pricing processes models and applications.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ensure that pricing is aligned.
• Utilize tools, software, and methodologies to support data-driven business decisions.
• Generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Work with the along with Qlik sense/ Power BI report to ensure the accurate and timely report generation.
• To handle quality feedback, providing feasible solutions.
• Manage development change requests and coordinate with stake holders.
   

5.Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Qlik Sense, Power BI , SQL and SAP.
• Familiarity with Elevator, Escalator and Building Door products
• Proficiency in O365, SharePoint, and engineering drawing tools
• Effective communication in English and ability to work independently
• Understanding of supply chain, materials and master data.

6.Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on design experience with Qlik Sense , Power BI.
• Development experience in dev and on prem environments
• Experience with SQL and SAP
• MS Excel Macros and MS Power Platform knowledge are added advantages.
   

7.Are you the one?

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Technically detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Capable of working in a cross-functional, global team environment
• Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive in solving technical challenges
