Job Summary

Data Integration Team is responsible for understanding, preparing, processing and analyzing data to make the data valuable and useful for operational and/or decision-making purposes.

Data Integration may need to team with either Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Data Governance positions to create highly useful information.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process product requests: Collaborate with hospitals to understand their specific product needs and gather detailed information about requested medical devices.
  • Verify product information: Contact manufacturers and other reputable sources to confirm product specifications, features, and other relevant data while weighing the reliability of competing sources of information to resolve discrepancies.
  • Data entry and management: Accurately input verified product information into our database, ensuring consistency and adherence to established data standards.
  • Data quality assurance: Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve any inconsistencies, errors, or missing information.
  • Develop and maintain data management processes: Contribute to the development and improvement of data management procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing, to ensure data alignment and support product development and marketing efforts.
  • Directly contacts clients through email to resolve issues related to data quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 2+years of experience preferred
  • Intermediate Experience with Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Alteryx preferred
  • Experience with writing SQL Queries preferred
  • Experience using a CRM preferred, Salesforce is desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Anticipated salary range: $67,500 - $86,760
