The Position
We invite you to apply for a dynamic role that supports the development and maintenance of Service Analytics, including global dashboards and reports. As a key participant, you will design and implement data visualizations, collaborate with data engineering teams, and enable self-service analytics solutions throughout the organization. Your work will blend diverse data sources to generate actionable insights and maintain high standards for data quality. Key Challenges
Portfolio Development & Data Insights:
Design, implement, maintain, and promote global dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Ensure data visualizations are clear, accurate, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
Develop long-term solutions for sustainable maintenance of dashboards.
Blend various data sources (Customer Experience feedback, Internal Service KPIs, Commercial data, Market & Competitive data) to compile actionable insights.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Collaboration & Governance:
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure optimal data infrastructure and governance.
Support self-service analytics solutions across the organization.
Follow, improve, and maintain quality assurance processes for dashboards, reports, and insights.
Adhere to the uniform framework for developing and managing data portfolios, ensuring scalability, quality, and ease of use. Seek continuous improvement.
Documentation & Training:
Write and own documentation for data insights consumers.
Develop training resources for users to effectively utilize data insights.
Onboard and mentor interns and junior team members.
Teamwork & Mentorship:
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment by sharing knowledge and participating in discussions.
Adhere to established best practices in analytics and business partnering, ensuring consistency with organizational standards.
Actively seek mentorship from senior team members.
Business Partner Support:
Work closely with Business Partners to gather and understand data requirements.
Assist Service Analyst Business Partners by providing data-driven insights to stakeholders such as GCS managers, regional leads, and affiliates.
Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports and summaries.
Participate in projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
Optimize processes to increase quality and efficiency standards.
Who you are as our ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
In the region of 2 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or a related field (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
Understanding and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Foundational knowledge of SQL and data manipulation (Python or R) is a plus.
Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and present data in a clear and actionable manner.
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights to support decision-making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in service analytics, maybe growing into a Business Partner role, showcasing potential to take on more responsibility and engage directly with stakeholders in the future.
