Job Details

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.    Configure Cencora ERP system (SAP) to ensure manufacturers receive the agreed upon services.
2.    Supervised coordinate the EDI setup with Cencora IT and EDI teams of manufacturers and/or their external 3rd Party Logistics.
3.    Monitor EDI transmission to manufacturers and/or their external 3rd Party Logistics partners.
4.    Configure the Company web portal to provide access to manufacturer users.
5.    Maintain manufacturer profiles for EDI connectivity and active web portal modules.
6.    Monitor the data transmission to the Company web portal database.
7.    Monitor the Company web portal and the EDI Support mailboxes; supervised, coordinates activities with all the necessary stakeholders within the Data Service Team to support manufacturer inquiries.
8.    Support the execution of periodical validation of manufacturer users entitled to access the Company web portal.
9.    Support the ad-hoc analysis of data alignment between SAP and the Company web portal or the transmitted EDI transactions; maintain an exception log with explanation of discrepancies.
10.    Perform related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements
1.    Broad training in fields such as business administration, engineering, computer science, or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
2.    Experience in customer support and issue resolution.
3.    Demonstrated experience executing as a technical and data analyst.
4.    Experience with pharmaceutical product data is a plus, but not required.
5.            One to two (1-2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
Minimum skills, knowledge and ability requirements
1.    Excellent verbal and written communication skills across internal and external partners and manufacturer customers with English being the primary language of communication. 
2.    Data solutions development experience.
3.    Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
4.    Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices. 
5.    Experience in data analysis and visualization methods.
6.    Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite in order to operate effectively with Company systems and programs; proficiency in Excel and Access.
7.    Knowledge of VBA scripting.
8.    Outstanding organizational and problem-solving aptitude; attention to detail.
9.    Tact, diplomacy, and courtesy; strong interpersonal skills.
10.    Proficiency in SQL and analysis tools.
