• Position: Agentic Developer 

  Job Description: Seeking an innovative Agentic Chatbot Developer proficient in bot frameworks, NodeJS, Python, and Genesys. The candidate will design and implement conversational agents to improve client interactions and automate processes. 

  Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain chatbot solutions using industry-standard frameworks and tools. 

  • Integrate chatbots with existing service platforms using NodeJS and Python. 

  • Customize Genesys solutions for enhanced customer service capabilities. 

  • Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques for effective communication. 

  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure chatbot functionality aligns with business objectives. 

  Requirements: 

  • 2-5 years of experience in chatbot development with knowledge of bot frameworks. 

  • Proficiency in NodeJS, Python, and Genesys platform. 

  • Experience in NLP and machine learning related to conversational AI. 

  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

   

  Mandatory skill sets: 

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development. 

  • Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Assistant. 

  • Experience with AI/ML models, Document Understanding, and OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, Google Vision, Tesseract, or Microsoft Cognitive Services). 

  • Expertise in C#, VB.NET, Python, SQL, JavaScript (for custom activity development). 

  • Experience integrating UiPath bots with REST APIs, SOAP, and web services. 

  • Familiarity with queue management, unattended/attended bots, and REFramework. 

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for RPA deployments. 

  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms for cloud-based automation. 

  Certification: 

  UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD) – Strongly Preferred 

  Preferred skill sets: 

  Preferred Certifications: 

  UiPath RPA Associate (UiRPA) – Good to Have. 

  ITIL, Agile, or PMP certifications – Added Advantage 

  Years of experience required:
