About your day-to-day:

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will proactively develop advanced AI solutions to deliver scalable and high-performance systems. Designing and putting into production innovative solutions using LLM for AI products. 

• Select, customise, and evaluate LLMs. 

• Build and maintain autonomous ML models in production

• Implement automated testing strategies to ensure model robustness.

• Mentor team members using your technical expertise to solve complex challenges

Requirements

This is for you if you have:

• Over 5 years of experience training and deploying LLMs.

• Proficient in Python for orchestrating and developing API integrations with FastAPI.

• Solid experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques  (distillation, model quantization, …).

• Experience deploying models with AI cloud platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML).

• Proficient in evaluation metrics (e.g., accuracy, F1 score) and testing frameworks to design end-to-end testing strategies in production environments.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
