Scope of the Role

  • Acquisition strategy — Architect multi‑channel campaigns (SEO, paid search/social, communities, influencer, E2E launch stunts) to turn waitlist into active WAUs and net‑new leads.

  • Content & narrative — Craft punchy threads, case studies, teardown videos, and product tours that make Context the de‑facto reference for "AI slides & spreadsheets done right."

  • Growth experimentation — Run weekly A/B tests on onboarding flows, pricing pages, and viral loops. Own the growth backlog, measurement, and post‑mortems.

  • Product‑led loops — Partner with Engineering/Design to optimise in‑product prompts, share links, and referral rewards that compound usage.

  • Lifecycle & monetisation — Build email/drip + in‑app messaging that converts free → paid and expands seat count inside orgs.

  • Marketing ops — Stand up the growth stack (GA4, HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, Clearbit, Supermetrics) and own attribution dashboards.

  • Cross‑functional force‑multiplier — Sync with Enterprise Sales to surface intent signals; feed Customer Success with engagement insights; loop learnings into product roadmap.

You'll succeed here if you

  • Have 2–5 yrs in high‑velocity B2B SaaS or PLG motion (Cursor, Notion, Figma, Linear‑style pace).

  • Comfortably move from SQL sheets to copy decks to Loom demos in a single morning.

  • Treat experiments as code: hypothesise, ship, analyse, repeat.

  • Understand the psyche of PMs, analysts, consultants, and can speak their language.

  • Thrive in 0‑to‑1 ambiguity and love owning metrics top‑to‑bottom.

Bonus points

  • GTM experience for developer‑adjacent tools or AI infrastructure.

  • Ran community‑led programs (ambassador, champions, hackathons).

  • Fluent in basic front‑end tweaks (HTML/CSS/React) to unblock yourself.
