Your Job

What you give your best for

  • Ensuring and optimising the technical functionality of our sustainability solutions based on Salesforce Net Zero Cloud in order to make a direct contribution to achieving our sustainability goals as part of an agile product team
  • Assuming responsibility for requirements engineering, which includes evaluating, specifying and refining technical requirements together with international teams of experts and stakeholders at the interface between business and IT
  • Planning, designing and managing interfaces in collaboration with our middleware and enterprise architecture teams in order to enable seamless integration
  • Deriving functional data models in order to enhance the digitalisation of manual data collection processes 
  • Structuring data, considering overarching contexts and data relationships in order to generate clear, measurable value as regards our sustainability objectives and strategic initiatives
  • Monitoring and continuously improving the CI/CD pipeline to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our solutions
  • Managing the central source code repositories in GitLab, incl. evaluating the deployment concept and monitoring relevant activities
  • Monitoring and reporting on data quality and interface performance in order to create transparency and promote continuous improvement
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring reporting environments in Salesforce Net Zero Cloud 
  • Designing strategic reports within Tableau in cooperation with our international Data & Analytics team in order to deliver data-driven insights 
  • Collaborating with our external partners for development and technology to create and further develop customised solutions, aiming to ensure high-quality deployments

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration with an IT focus
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • At least three to five years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and architecture
  • Team spirit
  • Knowledge of data analysis technologies, esp. SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau 
  • Experience in the use of source code management tools, such as GitHub and GitLab
  • Enthusiasm for data analysis and optimising data quality
  • Very good English language skills
  • Knowledge of agile working methods  
  • Good knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working in the sustainability or retail sector is an advantage
  • Intercultural competence
