We are investing in our Sofia operation & growing our team and are now seeking a talented and motivated Analytics Engineer to join our newly formed internal BI Team. This is a chance to be part of the beginning of a BI journey to provide the business with accessible data and foster a data-driven culture.
As the first analytics engineer in the team you will help build and enforce standards of data modelling across a team of analysts and engineers. You will be working in a modern data stack of dbt/snowflake/tableau with an upcoming evaluation.
You will model raw data in to finalised tables, provide in-depth analysis and build reporting tools to inform With’s decision making and business strategy.
We are a new team with plenty of scope to influence the way in which With use data across the business. We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals who want to work with stakeholders to so they can make use of With’s data.

Responsibilities
- End to end project/modelling work - work with stakeholders and the team to design a scope, design, test and model the data, run analysis, build reporting dashboards and present back to stakeholders
- Become a With data expert – we expect the analytics engineer to have a strong foundational understanding of the data
- Set standards for data modelling development that the team can follow
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and analysis requests from internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data modelling, particularly incorporating GenAI
- Working with the Data Engineering and Product Teams to ensure reliable data pipelines
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Analytics/BI Engineer or similar role
- Advanced SQL proficiency, git commands and dbt experience. Python experience preferred
- Understanding of data warehousing (snowflake and redshift preferred)
- Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g. dbt cloud, Airflow, SQL Mesh)
- Experience in B2B commercial and operational reporting. Platform / subscription experience is preferred
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
- Knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques
