Team Overview

As a Data Analyst at Didi Food Mexico, you serve as the bridge between operational data and business strategy. Your mission is to design, implement, and maintain analytical solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights, optimizing the user experience, platform growth, and courier efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Dashboard Development & Maintenance

    • Create and update dashboards with key metrics to drive effective improvements in the Business Development area.

    • Define responsive layouts, dynamic filters, and interactive components for Operations and Strategy users.

  • Analysis Project

    • Analyze and monitor critical metrics through advanced visualizations (bar charts, trend lines, street-level heat maps).

    • Produce weekly and monthly reports that highlight improvement opportunities for the team.

  • Data Extraction, Cleaning & Modeling

    • Connect to and merge data sources (SQL Server and CSV) using Python/Pandas, Power Query, and DataE.

    • Standardize formats, remove duplicates, and create calculated variables (month, week, zone) for consistent analysis.

  • Validation & Quality Assurance

    • Conduct consistency tests by comparing KPIs against historical data, identifying and correcting discrepancies before each report.

  • Pipeline Automation

    • Design automated daily ingestion processes to ensure dashboards and reports are always up to date, minimizing manual intervention.

Qualifications:

  • Studying Maths, Econonomy,  Business Inteligence, Data Science or Actuary.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strategic and Data-Driven thinking. Able to bring solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
