We are currently looking to recruit an intuitive Business Intelligence Manager to join our BI high performing team. You will focus on leading accurate, relevant and timely business insights to support decision making and revenue growth. You'll work in an exciting and collaborative environment, surrounded by talented and motivated colleagues. This position requires a strong command of techniques and algorithms as well as a demonstrated practical ability to determine where to invest time, synthesize actionable findings across diverse assignments, and present these findings to an audience with varying levels of background in analytics.

What you'll focus on:

  • Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions across all business functions — from infrastructure to dashboards — that scale with the company’s growth.
  • Drive technical excellence across the BI team, introducing best practices in data modeling, analytics engineering, and data visualization.
  • Act as a Data Product Owner: Serve as the central point of contact for BI requests — formalize intake processes, transform loosely defined asks into actionable requirements, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and ensure every data solution is tied to a clear outcome.
  • Build and automate insightful reporting and KPI frameworks that help stakeholders make fast, informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable data models and pipelines that ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability of critical business data.
  • Mentor and coach BI analysts, helping them grow their technical and strategic capabilities while creating a culture of high performance and ownership.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across all BI processes by collaborating closely with data engineering, product, and operations teams.
  • Influence strategic planning by synthesizing trend data, building forecasting models, and generating actionable insights.
  • Standardize and optimize reporting tools and practices, ensuring stakeholders are empowered with self-serve capabilities where possible.
  • Lead complex ad-hoc analyses and provide clear narratives around your findings to drive decisions at the highest levels of the company.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or BI, ideally in high-growth, digital-first environments.
  • Exceptional SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with modern BI tools (e.g. Tableau); familiarity with dbt or similar modeling frameworks is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of designing scalable data models and delivering impactful analytics projects.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to turn abstract problems into concrete analytical approaches.
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities — as a mentor, lead contributor, or people manager.
  • Strong attention to detail, high standards for data quality, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.

  • Group Health Insurance program

  • Dynamic working environment with talented people
  • Flexible work environment through our Blueground Nomads employee mobility program
