Job Summary 🧾

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Efficiency Intern to support our global sales enablement initiatives across two key territories: SSLA and BR. This person will contribute to the creation, optimization, and organization of content and training materials, using AI tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales efficiency.

 

Your mission?

Your mission is to help scale and optimize our Sales Enablement efforts by using AI tools and digital platforms to create high-impact training materials and streamline enablement processes. This role is key to ensuring that our sales teams have the right content, in the right format, at the right time — enabling them to sell more effectively and efficiently.

 

What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠

  • Use AI tools to create and scale enablement content (written materials, videos, presentations, scripts).

  • Design and update training materials, including:

    • Live training slides (e.g., Menti, Google Slides)

    • Learning and technical videos (scripting, editing)

    • One-pagers, quick reference guides, and internal documentation

  • Optimize enablement processes by researching and testing new tools and methods.

  • Manage content within the internal LMS platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales teams receive the appropriate materials when needed.

  • Track and report enablement impact, generating insights to improve future initiatives.

 

Job Requirements?💻

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

  • 12–24 months to graduation (typically 3rd or 4th year).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience with AI tools and content creation/editing platforms (e.g., Canva, Veed.io, Figma, GPT).

  • Aesthetic and creative sense to produce engaging content.

  • Project management skills and ability to multitask.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Pre- and post-training quizzes or self-assessments

  • Reported clarity and understanding of key concepts

Level 3 – Behavior

  • Observable application of learnings in daily tasks (via manager or peer feedback)

  • Increased usage of enablement resources

Level 4 – Results

  • Contribution to improved sales performance metrics (e.g., productivity, readiness scores)

  • Enablement impact on business outcomes (qualitative insights)
