We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Data Analysis Specialist I to join our team in Poland. As Senior Data Analysis Specialist I you will be responsible for developing dashboards, analyzing warehouse data, collaborating on KPIs, automating data processes, and translating business needs into analytical insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, SQL.
- Collect, manage and analyze warehouse-related data to identify trends, patterns and correlations in data for operational guidance
- Collaborate with various departments of supply chain to define KPIs and track performance
- Automate data processes and improve data quality through scripting(SQL,Python)
- Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and provide data report and actionable recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majors related to data analysis, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools(Tableau, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SQL/Python for data analysis and scripting.
- Ability to solve problems and provide decision support, and be able to propose innovative solutions.
- Applicants who have are familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) are preferred.
